Amrita Rao has denied rumours that she and Tusshar Kapoor are in a relationship. The Vivah actress blamed the media for circulating news of an alleged affair, Mail Today reports. Rao explained: "Tusshar is a dear friend. It's really silly to link us like that. I think such rumours are doing the rounds because we share a brilliant on-screen chemistry." The 29-year-old star added: "I do not deny the fact that we are very good pals.she has taken part in a fashion show to raise funds for a children's charity. Ians reports that the actress walked the ramp for designer Archana Kochhar’s show to raise money for the Nanhi Kali organisation. The Vivah star said: "Being an actress I'm not professionally qualified to walk on the ramp but I have always enjoyed this experience.

Mumbai, Nov 2 2010 – Bollywood actress Amrita Rao walked the ramp in a red bridal outfit as the showstopper for designer Archana Kochhar’s show at the Aamby Valley India Bridal Week (Avibw), which was dedicated to Ngo Nanhi Kali that works for the girl child. ‘Today the collection was dedicated to Nanhi Kali. It is a charity that looks into the issues of a girl child. So when we are doing a show for brides, I thought that they all emerged from ‘nanhi kalis’ and its very important to create awareness about them so we did this show in association with this Ngo,’ Archana. Tusshar Kapoor recently happened to be part of a highly amusing situation while shooting for his upcoming film Barjatya's Love U.Mr.Kalakaar also starring Amrita Rao. While shooting in Ooty for the film Tusshar had his vanity van parked near a hilly terrain that required one to take a jeep to reach it -however on one such day a huge crowd had gathered near the shoot location and were so star struck that they ended up chasing Tusshar Kapoor after the shot.Says an eye witness, "The entire situation was so funny since the crowds were chasing Tusshar and he was running towards his jeep -the look on his face was priceless .He was completely mobbed but managed to get on the jeep just in the nick of time.
